Breathe Clean Air A good HEPA filter really makes a difference – and get one for your car as well.
Drink Pure Water Stay hydrated. Take out the chlorine and fluoride, the heavy metals. Leave the beneficial minerals in.
Eat Real Food Eat from what you have grown or raised with your own hands, in your own healthy soil. At least, source food that is as local, nutrient-dense, unadulterated, and as unprocessed as possible – and if your great-grandmother wouldn't even know what it is – don't put it in your mouth. Give up the sugar as well, in any form, and reduce lectin-containing foods. Keep alcohol to a minimum. Adopting periodic fasting, and a more ketogenic (fat-burning) diet is also very beneficial. Maintain gut health by eating fermented foods and adequate fiber.

Floss at least once a day. Use coconut oil for oil pulling instead of mouthwash. Seek out a mercury-free dentist for regular dental maintenance.
Quit Getting Zapped Reduce electromagnetic pollution in your life. EMFs have many negative effects, including creating excess oxidative stress, opening your blood-brain barrier to toxins, and damaging your DNA. Reduce screen time and ground yourself and your devices. Reduce cell phone time (and keep it on airplane mode whenever possible). Keep it away from your body, and keep far away from cell towers. Keep electrical cords and house wiring away from your body, especially during sleep. Retire your microwave oven – it make food less nutritious.
Keep It Clean Eliminate toxic cleaning products from your house, and all toxins, pollutants, and hazards from your life (and this may include people). Retire your non-stick cookware. Avoid toxic clothing. Avoid blue light from LEDs.
Keep It Moving Stay active every day – stretch – move – walk – play – swim – do yoga.
Get Some Sleep Maintain a regular sleep-wake cycle. Anything less than around 8 hours is not enough.
Love Your Life Do what you love – and share your joy and passion with others.
Let It Go Find ways to remove stress – meditation, yoga, music, nature. And again, people may need to be removed from your life as well.
Keep It Real Stay connected with yourself, your loved ones, and your community. Allow yourself to feel your emotions, and talk about them with someone you trust when needed. Keep growing – intellectually – emotionally – spiritually.
Shine With Gratitude Begin and end each day with thankfulness – and add it as needed throughout the day.
